Our Return Policy:
A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be applied to the credit card used to make this purchase provided merchandise returned is its  unopened, original retail packaging or  the product is defective.  If the product is not defective but retail packaging is not intact a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund applied to the credit card used for this purchase.  In all returns customer assumes responsibility for return shipping and insurance.  Although we try to do all we can to make your purchase with us as trouble free as possible, sometimes we are unable to meet your needs.  We hope we can be of service to you again in the future.
